The app suddenly stop syncing, what should I do ?

Well then you have to check a few places. Please scroll down to see the detail.

  1. Check whether you have anabled syncing in the app. If yes, then move to step 2.
  2. Check whether you device have enabled Auto-sync. If yes, then move to step 3.
  3. Remove the app's account and recreate a new one. If it does not work, please send me an email.

2. Check whether you device have enabled Auto-sync

For some reasons your device will disable Auto-sync feature (example when you turn on Power Saving mode). Then please follow these steps to check and enable "Auto-sync" in Android devices.

3. Remove the app's account and recreate a new one

To remove account. Please flow these steps :

  1. Open the app, and go to the left menu (click on app's home button in the top-left corner).
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Click on the app's icon item.
  4. Now, you will see the account detail. Please click on menu button.
  5. Select remove account as the capture
  6. Now, you can go back to the app, and create a new account.
